Not as fast as I thought..Thinking a bike thats only 500 something pounds with that kind of motor in it…I was thinking that bike could hit 300 or more.. You can take a regular bike and move that fast..If its tuned right..

Top Gear did run white Veyron( belonging to a private owner) on their track track and the video is available on youtube. Type Veyron Zonda F Roadster.

Would seem that way, fact is:
Veyron: 407.9 km/h (253.5 mph)
y2k: 402.3 km/h (250.0 mph)
Solid effot for a motorcycle if you ask me.
Also, take off would be allot quicker on y2k seeing that it ways allot less.
y2k: 208.7 kg
Veyron: 1888 kg

@inkomwooshsnop1 maybe not..Nobody talks about the ssc..You hardly hear anything about it..Based on what i did read about that car though, the veyron can catch it.

The Aero is however a drivers car and has a manual gear box. It can be driven on regular roads and handles “like its on rails” according to Businessweek magazine.

I have been on plenty of car message boards and review sites with commentors that have driven both. The Aero handles better than a Bugatti and is considered more comfortable even over rough surfaces. Just look it up yourself. It also accelerates faster from 0-60.

15 min dude…
you would burn Boeing 747’s tires after 15 mins on those speeds and fuel 12

I see this video about the sixth time, but kept me with him strongly beating heart, and I have goosebumps

@ tippotipo, it managed that becuase of it’s redonculous acceleration. Besides, it didn’t run the Top Gear Track, atleast I haven’t seen it.

the fastest production car is the ssc ultimate aero.

If it was a bitch to turn, then why it bested other cars such as Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari Enzo and ranked under 1:20 on Top Gear track? Veyron is not a track car, never claimed to be one, it is a grand tourer which is even more impressive.

No, if you listen carefully and watch his lip movements, he clearly says fifty, not fifteen.

#22 by eyeced209 on January 6, 2010 - 6:41 am
“getting towards my top speed, that means my tires will last only about 50 minutes. But its ok! my fuel runs out in 12.” 6:34
